It has been 18 years since the DNC elected a new Treasurer, and during that time social media and digital fundraising have transformed politics and campaigns. It has never been easier to reach voters and donors, but it’s also never been harder to cut through the noise.

The next DNC Treasurer must have the ability to marry traditional finance strategies with emerging data and technology.

They must have the drive and experience to chart a sustainable financial course in a stormy, rapidly-changing environment.

And they must have a track record of raising money.

But they also need to have heart and drive.

With nearly three decades of experience in organizational and financial management, and a proven track record of raising millions in non-profit and political worlds, Joyce is familiar with monitoring and advising finances.

As an elected President of a billion dollar Colorado Metropolitain Water and Roads District, Joyce works with accountants, auditors, and tax collectors to ensure financial compliance.

Joyce has what it takes to lead the Democratic Party on a sustainable financial course - and keep us there.

But most importantly, she’s got the heart and the drive. Joyce has been in the trenches with you, knocking on one last door in Kentucky before night falls, or trekking across a snowy Iowa corn field to talk to a voter, or getting her Colorado Uber driver to donate $10 to the campaign. Joyce will roll-up her sleeves, and raise the finances needed to lead Democrats to victory.

"I will bring that same drive and heart to the role as DNC Treasurer, working alongside my Chair, and State Parties to provide transparency in the financial planning and reporting."

Strategy, drive, heart – that’s Joyce.

Vote Joyce Amico for DNC Treasurer.
