Joyce's Priorities as Treasurer:

1) First and foremost - Joyce will be a full-time Treasurer because this is a full-time job.  Joyce is committed to working with the Chair and Finance Chair in raising the money needed for our Party.

 

2) Joyce will make transparency a priority.  Members should be able to see where money is being spent and offer insight on it's allocation.  

 

3) Joyce will meet with State Party Chairs to better understand their needs, and include them in budget planning, because what works for the party in places like California and New York is not necessarily what works in places like Colorado or Louisiana.

 

4) Joyce will help grow the DNC's donor base and expand its reach through improved technology.

5) Joyce will ensure the compliance with FEC reporting.
